My outlook is very positive. I am certain that any legal battle with Kyle Kennedy and SFRX would result in me being victorious.
I am also thrilled that Kyle has brought SFRX into the Bar matter with Huffman. Like the complaint prepared by Huffman in Victory Partners v Team/Alonzo, the complaint he prepared "agin" the Unsophisticated Individual also contains numerous false statements that have never been corrected as REQUIRED under the rules thanks to the recent discovery.
That will be presented in my rebuttal, among other things. The Bar told me they like to get all the matters settled at once, so Kyle saved me some time in my complaints "agin" Huffman. Now i don't have to file a new complaint, I can just add to the previous ones.
How's that for positive?
