You should try to get some "self help" books. Your outlook is very negative, and I am sure it effects you.
I realize you are not scared.. Nor should you be. Getting sued is not scary especially when you feel you are right. However right or wrong it sucks to feed attorneys $200-400 a hour to prove you are right or wrong. It sucks even worse if you happen to lose and now have a judgment againt you.
You are pretty old to have that on your credit. just sayin. You have nothing to win and everything to lose. Seems like not good position to put yourself in.
