Of course they have to go to trial if they want to defend themselves and expose the toxic lenders. How else could they do that without going to trial? But what does that have to do with the post I responded to? A poster said the filings would result in a .06-.10 share price. The market cap is now about 3 million and the market cap at .08 would be about $160 million. So if a 3% increase in the OS results in a $157 million gain for shareholders then exactly how is that harmful to anyone?
