Locke is a flipper and has been holding HJOE for about a month now. Although, he hasn't declared his position yet. He's getting antsy and wants to make a quick profit and move on. He is all over the spectrum of possibilities with his post. I don't give any credence to any of his post. He should be on IHUB where he can argue with himself all day long.
