If the initial filings would take this to .06-.10 then why not just file now? At these prices the 43K loan would convert into about 43000/.0007 = 61 million shares. That would add about 3% to the OS. So instead of running to .06-.10, it would have 3% more shares outstanding so it would run 3% less or 5.82-.9.7. Would anyone here complain if it only ran to .097 instead of .10? I doubt it.
