My opinion. A much stronger move then where I think it will be, as I am conservative like you. You don't stop market psych on a rumor of filings. You don't stop it if a new auditor is hired and it sure won't stop on a 5-8 million filing.
People will even initially overlook that much of the money may have gone back into production and infrastructure. The 5-8 would cause a feeding frenzy, IMHO.
