I question your numbers. I believe that the OS on this is still currently only 5 Billion. A 5/1 r/s would leave us with 1 billion OS if they are maxed out.

Looks for information saying they are over 4 billion outstanding shares and possibly a increase in the cap. A r/s will not hit until we get closer to or above a penny.
