a substantial number of shares


ALL VOTING 100$ against ALL MANAGEMENT PROPOSALS.


These guys have ZERO CREDIBILITY WITH ME and HAVE NOT
EARNED MY TRUST.


I doubt they need my votes, or any votes, for that matter. ... It's in
the bag as they say given the shares directly held by management
and other insiders.


In my many years of owning penny stocks, I can say this with abs-
olute certainty - - Joe and Jill shareholder have not benefited once
from an increase in shares. ... NOT ONCE, in my experience.


Untrustworthy Liars, all of them on the Pershing Board. ... See who,
if you can, that is on the Board and claims a PhD, but really has
the PhD claimed. ... Good luck with that. ... Liars can't be trusted.
