$PSGR Just received the Pershing Resources notification and proxy card for the EIGHT proposals. NUMBER 8 is a real pisser... PR wants to increase the number of authorized common stock from 250 million to 500 million shares. MY OPINION... IF this goes through, the share value will remain in the toilet for the next several years. Looks like PR has decided to offer millions of shares as cheaply as they can and to hell with shareholders. I hope the Board is going to kiss all the current long term shareholders.... always better to pucker up and kiss someone before well, you know the rest of the saying.
