I don't think you'll ever see companies band together and file a class action suit against these toxic lenders. The plaintiffs would have to be companies that had toxic loans in the past and still exist and have no need for anymore toxic loans and there are probably very few of those out there. These toxic loans are the only hope for survival for these penny stock companies so it's unlikely they'll want to bite the hand that feeds them. If these toxic loans were banned, you would see hundreds or maybe thousands of penny stock companies shut their doors for good. Which wouldn't be a huge issue since most are scams but there are also plenty like HJOE that have a product and just need a few hundred K to get them over the hump.
