Being a victim of repeat offenses is not a justifiable basis to allow any illegal action to re-occur. The payday loan shake suits ignored the fact that the customer "kept coming back"
The facts of HJOE's case stand alone. KMB has to be weary of a future Class Action type suit.
HJOE just needs to be relieved from any obligations of this loan and move on !
