That article has a very slanted title to go along with a very poorly written description of the facts of the case. The author is either incompetent, doing a favor for someone, or was paid to write that piece as a soft bash.

Perhaps Sullivan should add a question to his list for when he deposes Rosen, Kim, and Stern; "Do you know anyone who works for Law360?"
