I think Leo might try to push all the way to extract testimony and documents on how slime like Rosen/Kim and their business model works, including anypossible collusion between SA, IHub, Mako and the other sleaze "authors." That will certainly engender every possible appeal by Rosen.

At the very least, Leo may agree to Rosen paying all legal fees plus the amount of economic loss (someone else can calculate that) and let the jerks off the hook for all but nominal punitive damages. Rosen and Kim want to keep their ability to practice law. They might agree to pay relatively quickly in this scenario and forego appeals.
