That's a very fast turn-around time here. It is interesting that this judge wants what amounts to a 3-page summary, Rosen response, and a conference, unless "both parties consent." The only way the Rosen Firm will consent to sanctions is if they think they can get off the hook for something minimal, like paying CTIX's legal fees. I don't think CTIX will settle for just that.
