Seafarer's FBAR permit was SUSPENDED Nov 6, 2015........
and Kyle didn't file an 8K alerting shareholders. This is obviously a material event and as the notice says, it can impact the issuance of future permits. See the second paragraph.

In March of this year Kyle was wanting a face to face about an application he hadn't even filed. See number 6 here:

It's obvious from several internal memos Seafarer is either incompetent, lazy, or both.
But if the FBAR is/was waiting on an application that means the claim in three SEC filings are false. The filings should have said they submitted INCOMPLETE applications and the FBAR doesn't consider such.
Kyle was obviously notified.
