I guess I'm not following the rest of your BS as I don't see what Kyle did wrong a couple decades ago. Did he deal drugs and get arrested for it like some others did? Did he get 4 years of probation like one P&D artist did? Felony trespassing? Peeping Tom? More probation? DUI? Those are obvious crimes.
