So this is my understanding...
Looks like they were near completing everything but hand a few errors that delayed. I don't think they will be delayed for long.
They need to amend the Nov Q....
Then get responses back from the lawsuits to complete the UMS 8K....
Then they can put out the final 2016 1st quarter Q... And that will make us current.
