A: 8-k is currently being worked on. The 10-Q consolidated can only be finalized after the 8-k is done as it is a consolidated financial.
What is holding up the financial statements of UMS and pro forma financial information required in the initial 8K on February 2, 2016? And is it currently being worked on?
A: The disclosure of the lawsuits and the conformation of the lawsuits from each party.
In light of today's 8K that addresses miscalculations, are there any Qs or audits that will need to be resubmitted?
A: Yes, as explained in the 8-k today, the iTalk November 10-Q already issued needs to be amended to reflect the lawsuit write up for UMS Lawsuits from Nov & Dec 2015. iTalk closed the transaction with UMS on Jan 29, 2016. However, iTalk 10-Q for November was late due to our lateness in filing our 10-k (needed 2 year audit) and was filed post lawsuits from UMS. Although the debt is listed in the financials the lawsuit is not disclosed. So the amendment is just regarding this section.
Does the many lawsuits started in today's 8k need to be closed first before shareholders can expect to see certain filings?
