Guys, I am just as excited about HJOE as the rest of you, but a stock buyback is highly unlikely at this point. Any cash HJOE received from the PLN settlement is going into product launch, marketing, etc. just as it should. HJOE is securing the company for growth and cash is KING in building a start up. There is never enough cash for marketing! Perhaps later down the road with extra cash flow they could buy back stock but the PLN money will be long gone by then.
