Easy, because of two things: one, once they file and show that they
have exceeded 5-7 million in revenues, the pps will go to .01-02
almost immediately-when they file. They will not have the time to accumulate shares at this pps. at .01 a billion shares is 10 million dollars. They are going to want to file ASAP, once the courts allow it.
We already see the expansion and know the numbers will be going up dramatically. Look at Vegas and SD alone $$$$$$$
GS talked about market psychology and he is correct. Once they file, this could see .01-.05. No time for a large buyback program at that point.
Secondly, they would need huge quarters 5-10 million quarters
in order to have enough money to take out of operation's-that is
employee compensation, products, product development, salaries,
etc etc.
JMHO- again note this is with not getting 1.5 million dollars to buy back at these levels and assuming that a gradual buyback program would happen..cant because of filing
