The R/S scenario is an OTC penny stock scam scenario that plagues 99% of these companies. I honestly believe HJOE fancies themselves as one of the 1% that is real. Financially, they need to catch up with their fundamentals to prove that as a publicly traded company. However, initiating a R/S scenario after allowing the last to expire, will simply destroy investor confidence as the same old OTC paradigm will pervade the company. I think they will want to avoid that at all costs. A hefty buy-back can help solve the problem with less impact to SH.
The only scenario where I can see a R/S taking place is after a surge and settle around the .20c range that TS mentioned as a possible ceiling. Remember, at that point, many will have secured hefty profits as the stock moved forward (at least I hope they would). Thus, free shares that split will have a much smaller impact on bottom line personal accounts. With a healthier SS, a current status and expanding revenues (particularly if they file 3-5 million range) will entice an entirely different type of investor and philosophy to enter the fray and start a SP surge yet again.
It is far too early in HJOEs rejuvenation to even consider the possibility one way or the other until KBM is out of the way and SH receive further guidance. I do believe a R/S is the last resort and would detract from their credibility with those of us who have supported them through thick and thin.
