Let's not forget that this lawsuit probably would not have happened without the assistance of Seeking Alpha by publishing it in the first place. Their lack of due diligence aided the attack on CTIX by Mako, the shorts, and Rosen. They are just as culpable IMO, and this should be included in any and all correspondence with state officials in NY regarding damages. It's time somebody looked behind the curtain at SA.
