1) It is not revenge to punish someone for breaking the law, be it of men or your deity of choice.
2) All investors lost money as a result of this. Whether it was opportunity money or actual sales at a loss. Despite whatever occurs to you, not everyone has free capital to continue to buy shares at the low prices. So justifying that the Mako attack and resulting Rosen lawsuit was a good thing for "true longs" is a not an opinion I share in the least. It was only good if you had an agenda to crash the stock price to short it on the way down and then make money on the way back up. Too bad all those gains will be taken back upon a conviction in a court of law for conspiring to attack the company and illegally short the shares.
