He only shows up when the board is marked as the #1 read. it doesn't mean it really is because I've seen it market as #1 and it was pretty quiet. I assume it's just them signaling each other. Clay's claim to fame is manipulating using the trading computers algorithms, it's illegal so he fits right in with that whole ihub manipulation criminal group!
