It would be in the archives of the patent office, not being developed.

How many other drugs DIDN'T get developed because of these greenmail-chasing, short-profiting criminals?

I use the term "criminals" because murder is against the law -- and preventing development of life-saving drugs results in deaths that might have been prevented.

As far as the self-serving idiotic claim that a creep like Rosen would "turn himself in" -- someone maybe has a little something to fear if people pursue justice against these crooks, don'tcha think?

I hope CTIX announces great news and runs up real high, real quickly. There are LOTS of us who will contribute big bucks to pursuing these crooks in the courts. And yes, I think think there are a lot of us who would get a great deal of satisfaction from pursuing the small fish too.
