That Scottsmith quote is just pitiful. Next he'll be wanting the FBI to stop pursuing serial killers so that they get that same "opportunity" to turn themselves in. Meanwhile the bastards get the additional "opportunity" to kill someone else.
And while we're on the topic, how many people has Rosen and his ilk "killed" by delaying a new drug's approval? (And delays are what happens when you damage a company's ability to raise needed financing.) It's time to put a stop to these criminals. CTIX may be in a unique position to do just that and if Leo goes after them, it will make me even more proud to be a shareholder. I hope we bankrupt them, cause them to lose their law licenses, and put them in prison. And I hope we do it before they have the "opportunity to turn themselves in".
