Yes I've heard of the Clinton foundation. The payouts are 88% and are much higher than both other public foundations, and of private foundations as well.
Do you have some confirmed, prosecutable quid pro quo associated with the Clinton foundation? Or is that simply one of your 'wet dreams'?!
