I hear you Drano. I wasn't specifically targeting Rosen (although I would celebrate the unethical bastards being taken down!), I'm hoping we can raise enough awareness about the short/distort scheme that the NYAG's office would look into it. I couldn't find a form that expressly addressed the likelihood of market makers, broker/dealers, and hedge funds colluding to defraud retail investors.
