For your complaint to be effective, it MUST be submitted on the correct form, to the correct committee. Here is my previous post explaining this.

Letters written directly to the Attorney General are FUTILE. It is the committee to whom I have posted links that any serious complaint must be addressed. They specifically state that they will not look at complaints that don't use their form.
