Thank goodness the judge did not throw out the case based on venue as that would have negated the real meat of the dismissal where she completely dismantled Rosen/Kim's arguments one by one and said basically "get those weak ass arguments out of here and don't come back" (my words not hers).

I had the impression that this judge may have actually taken the time to read the original Mako article. I think Cellceutix was lucky to get this excellent judge. Anyone know if she is elected or appointed? I may send her a nice letter thanking her!
