I am not saying you are wrong by any means, everything you said is quite logical. All I am saying is if Levy knew the actual time frame it would take to get the filings completed, then he never should have mentioned the previous dates. Not only does it make him a blatant liar, but as Wilma stated, it also makes him guilty of price manipulation.

Levy seems to be an intelligent guy, I don't think he would actively participate in price manipulation. However, until this is all cleared up, it is not out of the question.
