Ronin...how is it NOT a lie? When you say something with insider knowledge and it is done intentionally and is not true and it causes the pps to move in one direction or the other then it is a lie and it manipulates the pps.

Saying he is doing it out of the goodness of his heart doesn't have any bearing on the fact that he is saying things that manipulates the pps.
