The current path that Levy is taking on iTalk filing does not make sense to me. Why keep investors in the dark by not filing the 8K?
TALK does not profit from these volume or does longs due to the share price. Can anyone provide any guidance on why Levy is taking the path of less news is best for iTalk?
Why hire two law firms, expensive PCAOB auditors and take close to two years to complete the merger?
There is something in the works that they are keeping under wraps. Question is what is it.
