The same reason he put in the first 8K that the other half of financials would come in 71 days and it did not.... That reason being is... just to say so because it sounds good.

The first PR in March said financials were being finalized but nothing came soon after.

Then the last PR in May said 2 weeks and nothing came soon after.

I believe he says these things to calm nerves and just continues to work at their on pace and as fast as they can. I believe he knows that the real true timeline of the financials would get investors upset. But their under pressure to get so many different filings out... A couple of 10Qs... as another approaches... and an 8K. So they know these things won't hit all at once but still have investors to answer to. Nothing can speed up the process. So Levy tells us soon knowing it will be a while.

I think the hard truth is... there's a lot of filings needed to be completed, and TALK can only work so fast. No matter how much investors don't like the pace. So the filings will come when they come, even if it's in a few more months, and not one complaint can speed that up. Hard to hear but likely true. I can't explain why else we haven't seen filings.
