Do you, or anyone, know if the data locks have anything to do with the steps to review and release the peer reviewed papers? I would have to think that it does, because how can the paper be completed without knowing that the statistics and data in it are not going to change after it is sent for publication? My WAG, with absolutely no facts or references to back it up, is that there are still months of review and publishing steps to go after the data hard lock and release. That is disappointing to me, but unfortunately how I see.
