Lifting of the CA will allow the stock to rise above $2 imo. That will lead to uplist and with continued good news have a much larger potential investor class plus get some street coverage. It is hard for anyone to get behind a pink sheet stock with the CA overhang. Institutions would rather pay up after these barriers are cleared. It's just a waiting game.
