Agree that the CA is negatively affecting us, but I wonder how much of an impact a dismissal will really have. Positive trial results don't seem to have much impact, and that's where I thought we'd be making serious SP inroads. The QIDP was the last major catalyst for SP, I've expected many more, and been disappointed each time.
It's a virtual certainty that the case will be dismissed, so I'm genuinely curious to see how the market reacts. It never ceases to amaze me how much a shit, anonymous SA piece, coupled with blatant manipulation, has damaged this wonderful company. The universe doesn't take sides, nor does it give a shit about fairness.
I take solace in knowing that we will be fine in the long run.
