That sounds a hell of a spin job to me. No one knows what form the Canadian government will enact for medical and or rec mj ( if passes) . Most think LP will still be in play since the government will want taxation and quality control. CeN isn't going to produce an ounce outside of the confines of the law. Common shareholders won't benefit from a long drawn out law suit. I'd rather be a LP than not. Imo.
