We had nothing to gain in JR. The MMPR has been ruled unconstitutional. Obtaining a license would only be an albatross around our necks at this point. While the other LP's are bleeding money and have no clear future or legal path to sell their wares, Cen is free to adjust and accommodate to whatever the new program will be in Canada.
Bottom line, there's no reason to spend time and money on the JR. Our payday is in the law suit we filed against HC and the Nafta suit. In the meantime we should be looking to see what transpires on the European front in regards to licensing to grow. IMO.
