It's hard to say. The NDA Golfgod says he signed might have been specific to what he saw at the company so he would still be free to talk about other things.
I don't think he will shed any more light on that, however. He hasn't exactly been open. During the time the plant was broken, he mentioned that he was in regular communication with the company...but he wouldn't answer what he talked about since the topic of the plant being kaput never came up during those communications. I'm sure asking him about the specifics of the NDA would also be a dead end. I'm just going to assume he was honest when he said he signed an NDA with PTOI.
