And yet this phantom NDA allows someone to post on social media about the company , discuss bankruptcy and financial scenarios, and comment on any given day about ongoing events.

Don't you find it odd it was only brought up today ?

And considering almost every other NDA that has been signed by a message board participant has had the result of that individual withdrawing from any forum about the company it becomes even odder.

But hey, this company was founded on half truths and sleazy tactics.

Maybe anyone who signs some sort of phantom NDA is still somehow allowed to post ......or maybe they use it as a crutch to get out of answering a question.
