In 2013, Service Team Inc.(resp Hallmark Holdings Inc.) CEO Arreola bought Trade Leasing Inc.(resp delta stag) in exchange for just 4 Million shares of Service Team Inc common stock (Robert L. Cashman was at that time the benefical owner of Hallmark Holdings Inc. and an officer and director of Service Team Inc).
I could imagine that the new acquisition of MCV Companies Inc. by end of June is conducted similarly smart by not paying significant amount of cash but simply by just issuing a rather small number of shares (such as 20M) for the purchase. That would stay within the regulations even for higher exchange tickers such as NYSE-listed corporations where a less than 20-percent increase in the number of shares outstanding doesn't require require shareholder approval.....that would be phenomenal.
Anyone else's ideas?
