Service Team Inc. has entered into an Agreement to acquire MCV Companies, Inc. It is expected that the necessary steps to complete the acquisition will be finished in the next 30 days. SVTE will own two branches:
a) MCV Companies, a full service general contractor with annual revenue in excess of $2,000,000 (2015). The Company builds room additions, remodels, landscaping and custom home designs. MCV Companies, Inc. has a staff of experienced professional builders to complete quality projects.
b) Delta Stag with annual revenue in excess of $2,600,000 (2015) also maintaining a sustained growth of more than thirty percent (30%) per year. The Company is a manufacturer of commercial truck bodies/truck parts and offers custom modifications such as Refrigerated Truck Body; Dry Freight Cargo Body; Furniture Body; Refrigerated Cargo Van; Stake & Flat Beds; Refrigerated Cargo Trailers.
