Three questions. First, is the uptick to OTCQB usually comparable to the one you get from going from QB to NASDAQ's top tier? Second, does anyone know what uplist will follow this one? I keep hearing talk about Amex. Does this mean leapfrogging over the NASDAQ top tier? Third: Can institutional investors legally invest in QB-traded stocks (I'm assuming yes, based on what I've been reading, but am not 100% sure.)
