So out of the 501,851,504 shares issued only 400,356,154 are issued and company still holds 101,495,350 to sell for income to produce more product etc. and there is still 298,148,496 shares still to be voted into play.
So heres some stupid questions:
How does the series A stock figure into this number? Or doesn't it? Can Jerry sell series A stock? Does it have to be converted to sell?

Common Stock - Par Value of $.001
800,000,000 shares authorized
501,851,504 and 400,356,154 shares issued and outstanding as of
March 31, 2016 and June 30, 2015 respectively
