Just remember and not trying to sway topic -- many and it's fact many losin' co's R/S just to save co and stay listed on an exchange as they sink and hedge funds luv that and short'em more
In RMHB's case it would be a great help-- a good use of R/S as each (x) cuts existing shares in half and shareprice doubles - That should be a real welcome to all as the float - (shares available) gets cut in half - So there are less shares available and if ya want in then ya pay up price "We want"
