I'd sure like to know what the error was at the "non-compliant" test center -- and also WHICH center it was. There are so many ways to screw up a complex study -- but this wasn't complex, how dumb can someone be, to screw up something as straightforward as "here, take this pill on this dosing schedule, and come back in a week"? ? ? ? ?
