This is correct, they haven't filed to stop conversions. The board is kind of mixed, some feel that they won't file till after KBM is complete. Others like myself feel that they will file before the KBM trial is over. Just guessing of course but I believe that the upcoming motions are about the shares, I think we will motion the courts to stop KBM from trading/ converting. I also think that hjoe wants to go to trial but they want to go as a fully reporting company thus showing the courts further damage caused. Hope I'm the one that's right, because if I am we should be pretty close
