Bill's just getting started in China. He'll be there for two months, after he comes back to the US for his daughter's graduation. Don't think he'll be sitting on his hands. He'll be making deals and no PRs for six months. WTF???
If this most recent SLA was PR'ed, the pps wouldn't be at .002x, where it is, now.
