Right, It's definitely time for Veal to say something a little more specific than just, "we plan on filing". Something simple like. "We are currently working on the filings and plan to file as soon as the KBM suit is resolved" would be great. At least let us know you are working on them. An 8K with the name of the new auditor would be even better. I just wonder if they're not saying anything because they aren't working on them at all now and don't plan to until the KBM suit is done. In that case it could still be another year or more before we see anything.
